Ezekiel Ezra Smith

Not to be confused with Edward Elmer "Doc" Smith, the science fiction author.

Doctor Ezekiel Ezra Smith (also E.E. Smith; 1852–1933) was the U.S. Ambassador to Liberia (1888–1890) and President of Fayetteville State University.[1]

E. E. Smith High School, located in Fayetteville, North Carolina, is named in his honor.
