Evolution Pop Vol. 1 is the first Korean language studio album recorded by the South Korean girl group Crayon Pop.

Background and release

In August 2016, Chrome Entertainment announced that Crayon Pop would be production their first studio album with DIY (Do It Yourself) format and would be released in September.[1]Soyul release her designs logo for upcoming released to choosen by fans and will be used on their first studio album logo.[2]On September 9, Crayon Pop released pre-release track Vroom Vroom for their first studio album. On September 20, Crayon Pop was confirmed their first studio album titled Evolution Pop Vol. 1 with lead single Doo Doom Chit will be released on September 26. The song is describe a 90’s melody mixed with a club beat, resulting in a catchy track.[3]
