Ernest A. Kehr

Ernest A. Kehr (10 September 1911 – 7 November 1986)[1] was an American philatelist who was added to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1975.

Kehr was the special representative for the United States for the Royal Philatelic Society London.
