Eric Lilavois

Eric Lilavois is an American Record Producer, Engineer, Mixer, Musician, and Songwriter born April 7, 1979.

Lilavois produces a wide variety of musical acts and styles and has earned substantial engineering, mixing and mastering credits. Musician credits on various records have included Vocals, Backing Vocals, Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Classical Guitar, Piano, Ebow, Banjo, Accordion, Percussion, Drums, Organ, Harmonica, Keyboards, Typewriter, and more.^[1]

He has produced and composed over 70 original cues for television and independent films, including Pawn Stars, American Restoration, Cajun Pawn Stars, and more.

Lilavois owns Crown City Studios, a 4000 sq. ft recording studio in Pasadena, CA,^[6][7] and is the Executive Producer of their "Crown City Sessions" live video series.

In April 2013, Lilavois also became a partner at Seattle, WA's famed London Bridge Studios, where many notable 90's recordings were made.

Lilavois’ self produced debut solo record “The Only Way” was released digitally worldwide on January 11, 2011 and features a long list of seasoned musicians, including Matt North (Viktor Krauss), Amy Farris on Violin/Viola/Cello (Dave Alvin), Joel Martin, Danny T. Levin (Julian Casablancas, Lenka, Rilo Kiley, Built To Spill) David Moyer (Mayer Hawthorne), Matt Herman on Bass, Ryen Slegr (Ozma), Jeff Glassberg, and Ian Souter (The Ventriloquists).

In the wake of the January 2010 Haiti earthquake disaster, Lilavois penned the song “Ayiti Cherie Memories”, recorded and released it as a digital single on iTunes worldwide to benefit Unicef, through his creative company “Revolution Road.” Though Lilavois was born in the United States, both of his parents are Haitian.^[8]

In 2010 Lilavois recorded a cover of the Beatles “Hey Jude” to benefit St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital on behalf of a close friends family, which was released early in 2012. The track features a number of the artists Lilavois has produced.

Lilavois was also the front man of the Los Angeles based Rock Band “The Days In Between” which toured the North and Southwest United States extensively between 2004–2006, and sold thousands of independently released records.^[9][10][11]
