Episcepsis inornata is a moth of the family Erebidae. It was described by Walker in 1856. It is found in Central America (including Guatemala and Costa Rica).[1] It has also been recorded from southern Texas.[2]
The wingspan is about 37 mm.[3] Adults have two scarlet spots on the vertex and paired scarlet spots on the shoulders and scarlet fore-coxae. The forewing apices are black.[4]
