EcoReco is an American company that designs and produces folding electric scooters. The various models weigh about 34-36 pounds.[1] Among the models are the EcoReco M3 E-Scooter,[2] which features a 250-watt electric motor in the rear-wheel hub, and a lithium-iron phosphate battery pack beneath an aluminum deck. It is charged with a normal electrical socket.[3] According to Inc.com, the vehicle puts off no emissions.[4]

The EcoReco E-Scooter received a largely negative review from Cnet in 2014,[5] with a mixed rating from PC Mag later that year.[2] It was more positively reviewed by AutoWeek in March 2015,[6] and largely praised in a feature in the BBC in 2015.[3] Paste Magazine wrote positively about aspects the vehicle, though stated it slowed significantly up hills.[1]
