Echinocereta is a genus of snout moths. It was described by Neunzig in 1997. The genus contains only one species, Echinocereta strigalis, which is found in Arizona, California, Texas,[2] Utah and Mexico.
The wingspan is 30–43 mm for males and 33–44 mm for females.[3]
The larvae feed on Echinocereus species,[4] including Echinocereus pectinatus.
