Desouza's School is a private Indian school, located in Sector-2 of Rourkela, Odisha. Established in 1982, the school is affiliated to the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and the Indian School Certificate (ISC).

Nestling in the heart of the Durgapur Hills of the Chota Nagpur Plateau, the school was a private initiative by a couple, academician Anne DeSouza and armyman Captain John A. DeSouza.
