Deepdene School
Deepdene School is an independently owned, co-educational Nursery and Prep school in Hove, East Sussex, England. The School is based on New Church Road and offers provision from 6 months to 11 years.[1]
Admissions
The School is of a non-denominational religion. The total number of pupils as of January 2015 is approximately 213.[2] The co-owners and heads of the Prep and Nursery departments are Elizabeth Brown and Nicola Gane, respectively.
History
The School was originally founded on its current site in 1948.[3]
Sponsoring Local Community
The School sponsors local enterprises including Preston Nomads Cricket Club[4] and The New Venture Theatre,[5] Hove. In December 2015 the School took part in the Hove Beach Huts Advent Calendar, which has since been praised by David Cameron.[6]
