Deepak D Silva popularly known as Deepak Paladka is an Indian film actor and stage artist known for his work in Tulu cinema. He is best known for his role in Tulu film Nirel (2014)[1] which won 5 awards including the best movie award at Tulu Cinemotsava 2015.[2] Later he acted in Dhand (2015)[3] which is the first Tulu language movie released in Australia and UK. Deepak Paladka also acted in Konkani movie Ek Aslyar Ek Na, which was released in UAE, Israel, Kuwait and India.
Early life
As an stage actor,he appeared in almost 15-20 Konkani, Tulu, Kannada dramas and stage plays. He also gave programme in Radio like 105.4 Radio spice Dubai and 93.5 Red Fm.
After having appeared in stage shows and radio Deepak Paladka made his debut as a lead comedy actor in first international tulu film Nirel which was shot internationally. Later he appeared in Dhand as comedy actor against Arjun Kapikad.
