De Leest (Dutch pronunciation: [də leːst]) is a fine dining restaurant located in Vaassen in the Netherlands.
The restaurant was awarded one Michelin star in the period 2003–2006,[1][2] two Michelin stars in the period 2007–2013,[2][3][4] and three Michelin stars in 2014–2015. Gault Millau awarded the restaurant 19.0 out of 20 points.[5]
De Leest is a member of Les Patrons Cuisiniers.[5]
