His fine art work has been said to incorporate a unique view of fashion, sometimes with a gritty, immediate urban feel, but also full of energy and irony. He has been quoted as saying: "I walk in major cities, I shoot its streets, sidewalks, walls, stores windows, billboard, magazine covers, news stands, anything that captures a moment, the present. The juxtaposition and clash of big cities architecture, street art, fashion and advertising over exposing our modern icons creates a global urban art that reflects our time.”

After ten years working at a private architectural firm, Siboni decided to launch his own concept restaurant bar, Zinc Bar, in the fashionable 11th arrondissement district of Paris. Attracting a fashion crowd, this successful bar was frequented by top models, magazine fashion editors and fashion designers. It also featured his own photography.

Three months after opening, he was approached by the publisher of Lola Mag, a famous Parisian fashion magazine, to feature one of his photos “New York City.” In 1982 at age 34, he became the director of photography for Lola Mag with responsibility for overseeing the production, coordination and shooting of all magazine covers and fashion spreads.

Two years later, returning to his original love of photography, Siboni opened his own photography studio/gallery “101” Studio Victoire in the place he was raised, “Place de la Victoire”. Licensing will give business owners the opportunity to use Siboni’s popular art images on their products, such as apparel, furniture, wall art, electronics accessories, etc.

Street art has exploded in mainstream society in recent years. While some consider graffiti, or street art, vandalism, most others see it as a voice of the people. Recent images of street art have been recognized by art dealers and sold in galleries throughout the world. More and more people come to value street art as a democratic movement.

Currently, the artist is working on developing "Urban Art Corner" a new gallery space concept in Tel Aviv, Israel.
