About Customer Alliance

Within Germany, Customer Alliance is a market leader in the field of online review management.[4] Outside of Germany, Customer Alliance established itself within the French, Italian, Mexican, and Austrian markets. They are now expanding to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Spain, Eastern Europe, Turkey, and the Nordic region.

COO Torsten Sabel describes Customer Alliance: “Our software is designed to make business owners’ lives easier. Our main goal is to help them manage and gain control of their customer relations and online reputation, to increase their direct bookings, and become more independent from external commissions, all in a time-efficient way.

Company history

Torsten Sabel (COO) and Moritz Klussmann (CEO and CRO) co-founded Customer Alliance in 2009,[5] combining Torsten’s hotel management and Moritz’s software development experience to create software solutions for hotels in Europe and across the globe.

Since their official start in 2009, Customer Alliance has grown to serve thousands of customers in over 35 countries worldwide.[6] Today, they are supported by a more than 90-person, multinational team from various backgrounds in the tourism and hospitality industry.

Customer Alliance started by focusing primarily on the German hospitality market, but soon expanded into more international markets.

Partners

Customer Alliance is the preferred partner of the German Hotel Association (IHA)[7] and Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association (HSMA Deutschland) in Germany.[8] They are the official partner of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKÖ),[9] Union Métiers des Industries de l’Hôtellerie (UMIHACHATS),[10] and Nea Xenia Lab.[11]
