Comlux - The Aviation Group is a corporate charter airline based in Switzerland, with subsidiaries under a separate AOC in Malta, Aruba and Kazakhstan, and regional branches in Russia, the United States, Bahrain and Hong Kong.[4] Comlux holds three AOCs: one in Malta, one in Aruba and one in Kazakhstan.[5] They also used to hold one in Switzerland.[6]
Fly Comlux
Fly Comlux is the VIP airline of the Comlux Group, operating 21 aircraft including 15 available for charter. With 5 Airbus ACJ Family aircraft in the fleet, Fly Comlux is the largest Airbus VIP operator worldwide. Fly Comlux also operates one of the largest fleet of Bombardier business aircraft and since September 2011 a unique very VIP Boeing 767BBJ available for charter. Fly Comlux operational centers are located in Bahrain, Zürich, Malta and Aruba. Fly Comlux commercial offices are located in Zürich, Moscow, Bahrain, Almaty and Hong Kong

The aircraft are split between the airline's operational bases at Malta International Airport,[3] Almaty Airport,[2] Vnukovo International Airport, Indianapolis International Airport and (from early 2011) Bahrain International Airport.
In early 2015 it was announced that Comlux had ordered two Boeing 737 Max 8 Business Jets.[8]
In February 2016 Comlux announced a new order for 3 ACJ320neo powered by CFM International Leap-1A engines.[9]
Comlux Completion and Maintenance
Comlux America, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is the completion center dedicated to large VIP aircraft cabins. The center is fully approved by Airbus and Boeing. During summer 2012 Comlux America has opened its new brand new and ultra modern hangar facility at Indianapolis International Airport.
Comlux Aviation Services, located in Indianapolis, Indiana is the maintenance and refurbishment facility of Comlux. It is approved to perform works on Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Gulfstream aircraft.
Comlux Creatives
Since 2008, Comlux has developed its own VIP cabin design office: Comlux Creatives, based in Indianapolis USA. The design team works closely with Comlux America in order to create the most beautiful cabin interiors.
Comlux Transactions
Comlux Transactions team is based in Zürich and is in charge of purchasing, selling and leasing of VIP aircraft. The team benefits from a strong network with business aviation community and with the financial institutions.
Bahrain network
Comlux Bahrain consists on one A319 that services flights between Bahrain, Dhahran, Riyadh, Jeddah, and many destinations in Europe and Africa.
