Coelopoeta is a genus of small moths in the superfamily Gelechioidea.
Its relationships are not resolved and there is disagreement over whether to place them in the Elachistidae or Oecophoridae. In the past, the genus was assigned its own subfamily, Coelopoetinae, within the Elachistidae.
