Coşkun Ekim (born 17 November 1991 in Tottenham, London) is a Turkish professional footballer who currently plays for 1461 Trabzon on loan from Trabzonspor. Ekim is of Turkish Cypriot descent.[1]
Career
Ekim started playing football at Haringey Borough F.C. when he was 7 years old. By the age of 11 he began his professional career at the Tottenham Hotspur where he had a 2-year contract.[1] He also played in the Eurofoot 2009 Tournament in Oostduinkerke.[2] On 18 January 2011, Ekim left Tottenham Hotspur and signed a contract with the Turkish football club Trabzonspor.[3] Two days later the midfielder was on loan to 1461 Trabzon of the TFF Second League.[4]
In July his contract was terminated.[5]
