Clupeosoma sericialis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Hampson in 1896. It is found in India (Assam) and Indonesia, where it has been recorded from Sumbawa.[1]

The wingspan is about 16 mm. The forewings are pale silky purplish grey with a minutely waved indistinct submarginal line. Therre is a marginal series of dark specks.[2]
