Clement Kungu Waibara

Clement Kungu Waibara is a Kenyan politician. He belongs to Party of Independent Candidates of Kenya and was elected to represent the Gatundu North Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya since the Kenyan parliamentary election, 2007.[1]
