The Cincinnati Dutch Lions are an American amateur soccer club based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded in 2013, the team began play in the USL Premier Development League, the fourth tier of the American soccer pyramid, starting in 2014. Their inaugural match at the Xavier University Soccer Complex on May 9, 2014 featured an appearance by soccer legend Ruud Gullit as he participated in a "Kick the Crossbar" contest and a pre-game ceremony.[1]

The club is owned by Dutch Lions Capital Group BV, owners of the Dayton Dutch Lions USL Pro and W-League teams and the Houston Dutch Lions of the PDL.[2][3]
