Christian Reyes Lacsamana (30) from Mexico, Pampanga, a high school teacher, was appointed by the Mr. Gay World Philippines Organization to represent the Philippines for the 9th edition of Mr. Gay World in Malta in April 2016. He handed the title over to John Fernandez Raspado who was proclaimed 2017's Mr. Gay World Philippines. Lacsamana was awarded best in national costume, social media award and online voting.[1][2][3][4]
