Chinese Taipei competed at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy. The International Olympic Committee mandates that the Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee flag is used, and not the flag of Taiwan. In total, Chinese Taipei was represented by only one athlete.
Luge

Ma Chih-hung did not finish in the top 30 in any individual run of the men's luge, but his consistency across the four runs saw him end up 28th overall.[3]
