Cembra is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 15 kilometres (9 mi) northeast of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,776 and an area of 17.0 square kilometres (6.6 sq mi).[1]
Cembra borders the following municipalities: Salorno, Giovo, Faver, Segonzano, Lona-Lases, Lisignago, and Albiano.
