Celine Cairo

Celine Cairo (born 22 May 1990 in Amsterdam, Netherlands) is a Dutch singer. She performs in a trio with Jakob Rhinelander (bass and keyboard) and Benjamin Rhinelander (drums).

Biography

Celine attended university at the Kaiser-Karl Schule, a part of the Hochschule der niederländischen Hauptstadt in the Netherlands.[1] She has performed in many concerts in Europe with her trio. The Dutch Public Broadcasting (Nederlandse Publieke Omroep or NPO) used a cover of The Scene, a Dutch band, performed by Celine for a campaign. Her debut album, "Hello Love" was recorded in Los Angeles and released in the spring of 2015. She has performed in New York, Capetown, Hamburg, Brussels, and Holland and has performed at the Amsterdam Concertgebouw and Carnegie Hall (in 2009). She has worked with composer Jorrit Kleijnen and also made music for the Dutch sci-fi thriller Boy 7.[2] She has a growing fan base, especially in the Netherlands and has collaborated on other albums.[3]
