Joseph Murphy (born October 4, 1996), known professionally as Celestaphone, is an American music producer from California.[1][2]

Early life

Celestaphone was born in Riverside, California.[1] The name Celestaphone comes from the zither instrument, the Celestaphone.

Music career

Celestaphone began hip hop production as part of Druggos, a music collective, which additionally consisted of musicians Ben Foster and Underd0g.[3][4]

His first collaborative effort was producing Dionté BOOM's single Fish Market,[5] of which has been published by Arkansas Times in a 2015 issue of their Rock Candy journal.[6]

Celestaphone released his first solo EP, Glorifying, in 2014.[7] Menu (01-30) and Trust (31–60) followed in 2015, both 30-track albums debuting his ongoing instrumental/remix hip hop series titled Zahnreihe.[8]
