Cecil Boyce Perkins (born December 1, 1940 in Baltimore, Maryland) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. Perkins played for the New York Yankees in 1967. In 2 career games, he had a 0-1 record with a 9.00 ERA. He batted and threw right-handed.
