Castle Douglas High School is a comprehensive state school situated in south west Scotland, in Castle Douglas. It has approximately 550 students and provides education from Secondary 1 to Secondary 6. The Times newspaper school league tables rates it as one of the top 20 secondary state schools in Scotland.^[1]
