Cameron Forbes (writer)
Cameron Forbes is an Australian journalist and author. Born in Rockhampton in Queensland. He worked for The Age as Asia correspondent and as Europe correspondent. He also became foreign editor. He was also Washington correspondent for The Australian. He has reported from conflict zones in the Middle East, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Bouganville.[1]
He has written a number of non-fiction books[2] including Hellfire: The Story of Australia, Japan and the Prisoners of War.[3]
