The song is the debut single of the winner of the eighth season of Deutschland sucht den Superstar (DSDS). It was written and produced by DSDS jury member Dieter Bohlen. The song was released on May 7, 2011.
Influences
Klaus Friedler, a music academic at the University of Hamburg, commented that there were several similarities between the song and Marchin On.[2]
