Mustafa Alibegu (1893, Ulqin – December 25, 1977, Shkodër) known as Cafo Beg Ulqini, was maritime sailor, commercial and Albanian Patriot. He served as mayor of Ulcinj in the years 1941-45, and deputy of Ulcinj in the Albanian Parliament. He was a member of the Supreme Council of Regency [1] On April 16, 2016, he was recognized by Albanian President, Bujar Nishani, with the posthumous title "Knight of the Order of Skanderbeg[2]
