California's 20th congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of California. It is centered in the upper Central Coast region, and includes Monterey and Santa Cruz.

The district is currently represented by Democrat Sam Farr.

From 2003-2013, the former district covered parts of Fresno and Kern counties and all of Kings county. It contained most of the city of Fresno.
