Circumferential Road 4 is the 4th Circumferential road in Metro Manila, in the Philippines. It passes through the cities of Navotas, Malabon, Caloocan, Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Pasay.

Parts and Intersections of the C-4 Road

C-4 Road

Is the portion of C-4 from R-10 to Letre Road.

Letre Road

Main article: Letre Road

Is a 6-lane main road in Malabon. It starts at a roundabout in the Malabon City Hall and end in the Caloocan borders. It becomes a part of C-4 after passing the C-4 Road. It is also called "General San Miguel Street" and "Rizal Avenue".

Samson Road

Main article: Samson Road

After passing the Caloocan Borders, Letre Road becomes Samson Road. Samson Road is a main road in Caloocan with 6-8 lanes. It becomes EDSA after passing the roundabout in Monumento, Caloocan. It is also called "Caloocan Road" and "Monumento Avenue".

Epifanio De los Santos Avenue

EDSA is a 10-lane highway that utilizes Interchanges and Grade Separations. EDSA forms the majority portion of the Circumferential Road 4 (C-4) in Metro Manila, passing through the cities of Pasay, Makati, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, and Caloocan. Its southern endpoint is at a roundabout near the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay and its northern terminus is at Monumento, a monument to Andrés Bonifacio, in Caloocan. The avenue was constructed during the presidency of Manuel L. Quezon.

EDSA extension to the Mall of Asia

The EDSA extension from Roxas Boulevard to Jose Diokno Boulevard in Bay City in Pasay are no longer parts of C-4. C-4, like the other completed circumferential roads in Manila and in Metro Manila (C-1, C-2, and C-3), starts in R-10 and officially ends in R-1.
