Bheemunipatnam mandal is one of the 43 mandals in located in Visakhapatnam district of the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is administered under Visakhapatnam revenue division and its headquarters are located at Bheemunipatnam. The mandal is bounded by Padmanabham, Anandapuram, Visakhapatnam mandals of Visakhapatnam district and of Bhoghapuram mandal of Vizianagaram district.[1]

As of 2011 census, Kapuluppada is the most populated and Ramayogi Agraharam is the least populated settlement in the mandal.[2] The mandal consists of 26 settlements. It includes 1 town and 25 villages. Bheemunipatnam municipality was merged with Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation.[3]
