Bank of New Orleans (traded as Louisiana Bankcorp) is a community-oriented savings bank headquartered in Metairie, Louisiana. Known commonly as "BNO," the bank was founded in New Orleans in 1909. The company has been publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the name Louisiana Bankcorp, Inc. since 2007. The bank currently has four branches, two in Metairie, one in New Orleans, and one in Covington on the North Shore of Lake Pontchartrain.
