Badar Munir (1940 – October 11, 2008) was a Pakistani film actor and director. Originally from Madyan[2] in the state of Swat, he starred in over 732 Pashto and Urdu and panjabi and bangali and sandi films from 1968 to 2008.[3]

Before joining films, Bader Munir used to drive Rikshaw in Karachi streets then he got a job as Tea boy in actor Waheed Murad's office. He was introduced by Waheed Murad to the film industry in 1969. His first movie was Yousaf Khan Sherbano, with Yasmin Khan as heroine.[2]
