Arpita Ghosh is an Indian politician and a member of parliament to the 16th Lok Sabha from Balurghat (Lok Sabha constituency), West Bengal. She won the Indian general election, 2014 being an All India Trinamool Congress candidate.[1] A theatre director, actor and playwright turned politician, she graduated B.Sc. from the Scottish Church College at the University of Calcutta.[2][3]
