Arbinder Singal

Dr Arbinder Kumar Singal is a noted paediatric urologist and a healthcare entrepreneur based in Mumbai, India. He specialises in paediatric urology, a surgical branch of medicine that focuses on the diseases of the male and female urinary tract system and the male reproductive organs in children.

Career

Dr. Singal completed his medical graduation from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi and subsequently his residency in surgery and super-specialisation in urology from AIIMS. Singal is known to have contributed to creating and raising awareness about the prevalence and common yet neglected paediatric urological disorders such as hypospadias.[1] He also has developed a catheter specifically designed to be used in the surgical correction of hypospadias.[2] Dr. Singal is an outspoken commentator on paediatric urology and related issues that concern public health.[3][4][5]

Singal is the co-founder of Mediangels, an India-based multi-speciality 'e-hospital' service provider, managed by Angels Health Private Limited, a private medical consulting firm.[6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13] Singal is also associated with the Vandana Jain led hospital, Advanced Eye Hospital and Institute, Navi Mumbai.

Dr. Singal currently is in private practice and resides in Mumbai, India.
