Alowal consists of four parts, the main village covering one square area, basti odanwali, basti kashmerian and azafi basti. All these parts are under the governance of the main part Alowal. Almost 5000-6000 people reside in Alowal. This village is linked with Union Council 25 UsmanPur. Alowal is basically an agricultural land associated with lower jhang branch. Since 1965 indo-Pak war Alowal has been a village of military officers. People of Alowal have a tendency to education that's why a number of educated individuals are asset of Alowal.
