Ajay Patel was born on 9 February 1962 in Ahmedabad. Born to a humble family who owned an electrical shop, Ajay Patel completed his schooling in Divan-Ballubhai School and did his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil engineering from Lalbhai Dalpatbhai College of Engineering.Ajay Patel is married to Devangna Patel and the couple has 3 kids.

Controversies

He was allegedly accused for the conspiracy of Death of Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case and was later proved non-guilty.[10] [11][12]
