Adam O'Brien (born 11 July 1993) is a professional rugby league player who is currently contracted to Bradford of the Championship
Adam hails from Halifax and is a product of the Bradford Junior Development system. His favoured position is at hooker.

2010 - 2010 Season
Adam featured in the pre-season game against Dewsbury. O'Brien was not selected in any league or cup matches this season. At the end of the 2010 season he was given a 3-year professional contract.
2011 - 2011 Season
O'Brien featured in three of the four pre-season friendlies. He played against Halifax, Dewsbury and Keighley.
Adam made his Super League debut against (Huddersfield), however he was not selected until later against (Hull Kingston Rovers) and played until the match against (Wakefield Trinity). He did feature in the Challenge Cup game against Halifax.
2012 - 2012 Season
O'Brien featured in three of the four pre-season friendlies. He played against Castleford, Dewsbury and Hull.
Adam featured in Round 19 (Wigan) to Round 21 (Leeds). He signed a 5 Year Extension to his contract mid-way through the season.
2013 - 2013 Season
O'Brien featured in the pre-season friendlies against Dewsbury and Leeds.
He featured in Round 5 (Huddersfield) and then in Round 7 (Hull Kingston Rovers). Adam also featured in Round 10 (Salford) and Round 17 (Hull Kingston Rovers). His next appearance was in Round 25 (Castleford) to Round 27 (Huddersfield). O'Brien featured in the Challenge Cup against Rochdale Hornets. He scored against Huddersfield (1 try).
2014 - 2014 Season
O'Brien featured in the pre-season games against Hull and Castleford.
He featured in Round 1 (Castleford) to Round 14 (Catalans Dragons) then in Round 16 (Salford) to Round 27 (London Broncos). Adam featured in Round 4 (Oldham) to the Quarter Final (Warrington) in the Challenge Cup. He scored against Wakefield Trinity (1 try), Huddersfield (2 tries), Oldham (1 try), Salford (1 try) and Hull Kingston Rovers (1 try).
O'Brien re-signed with Bradford for another 2 Years despite their relegation to the Championship for the 2015 season.
2015 - 2015 Season
O'Brien featured in the pre-season friendlies against Castleford and Leeds.
He featured in Round 1 (Leigh) to Round 23 (Halifax). O'Brien played in Qualifier 1 (Sheffield Eagles) to Qualifier 6 (Leigh). Adam played in the £1 Million Game (Wakefield Trinity). He also featured in the Challenge Cup in Round 4 (Workington Town) to Round 5 (Hull Kingston Rovers). He scored against Leigh (2 tries), Featherstone Rovers (1 try), Hunslet (3 tries), London Broncos (2 tries) and Hull Kingston Rovers (1 try).At the end of the 2015 season O'Brien won the T&A player of the year, the Bradford members player of the year and Bradford Players' player of the year.
2016 - 2016 Season
O'Brien featured in both pre-season friendlies against Leeds and Castleford. He scored against Leeds (1 try).
He featured in Round 1 (Featherstone Rovers) to Round 22 (Oldham Roughyeds). Adam played in the Championship Shield Game 1 (Whitehaven RLFC) to the Final (Sheffield Eagles). He scored against Whitehaven RLFC (1 try), Leigh Centurions (1 try), Dewsbury Rams (1 try), Workington Town (1 try), Oldham Roughyeds (1 try) and Swinton Lions (2 tries) Sheffield Eagles (2 tries). Mid-way through the season O'Brien signed a contract extension keeping him at the club until the end of 2019.
2017 - 2017 Season

O'Brien was dual registered with Dewsbury for the 2013 season. He featured against Doncaster, Featherstone Rovers, Hunslet (twice), Whitehaven (twice), York (twice), Workington Town (twice), Sheffield Eagles (twice), Keighley (twice), Halifax (twice) and Swinton. Senior international career
England Academy O'Brien appeared as an interchange in a victory against France U18 in June 2010 and in both tests against the Australian Schoolboys in December 2010, England Academy won the series 2-0 with both games being played at Leigh Sports Village.
Adam is the younger brother of the footballer, Luke O'Brien.
