Acacia stipulosa is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Plurinerves. It is native to an area in the Northern Territory and Kimberley region of Western Australia.[1]

The viscid prickly shrub typically grows to a height of 2 metres (7 ft). It blooms in July and produces yellow flowers.
