"A Case for Shame" is the first official single of the 2013 album Innocents by musician Moby. While "The Lonely Night" from the same album was released prior to "A Case for Shame", Moby confirmed the track was the album's official lead single.[1] The track features the vocalist Al Spx, the leader of the band Cold Specks.
