Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et des Postes
The Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et des Postes (ARCEP) is an independent French agency in charge of regulating telecommunications in France. It can compared with United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC). It has its head office in 7 Square Max Hymans in Montparnasse, Paris, France.[1]
