300 South Tryon is a high-rise office building under construction in Charlotte, North Carolina.[4] With a planned height of around 475 feet (145 m), it will be among the tallest buildings in Charlotte by the time of its expected completion in 2017.[1]
Breaking ground on December 15, 2014,[5][3] 300 South Tryon became the first high-rise office building to begin construction in Uptown Charlotte since the end of the Great Recession.[1][6]
